1-Year Warranty, No More Worries!

International trade takes much longer time and more complicated than domestic trade. Risk control is of

great importance in international trade. Some clients prefer local supplier considering higher trade risks. 

However, most problems could be solved by both sides and risks could be avoided or reduced effectively. 

1.Long Delivery Time

International trade does take longer time. Clients could solve this problem by placing the order one month or 

more earlier for international transport. In this case, we can make earlier delivery to meet your requirements.

2.Transport risks

International transport has longer distance and more procedures which results in higher risks. Client could buy 

insurance for the goods to reduce the risks. Clients could also choose to-door service under DAP, DDU or DDP 

term. We will arrange goods delivery to-door and take all transport risks. In this way, clients avoid any potential 

risk by transferring it to the sellers.

3.Problems after delivery

To new clients, after sales service is very import. They are not familiar with us and our products. Problems could 

appear during any procedure, sterilizing bottles and jars, filling, distributing and putting on shelves, even after use

of customers, which makes clients uncertain and worried. We deeply understand clients may need longer time to 

confirm every detail of their order is right

That is why we provide clients 1-year warranty after delivery policy. We will compensate after confirming it is our 

responsibility for any problem like quantity short, cracking, contamination, or leakage which clients complain within 

one year. The problem will be emphasized and avoided in next order. Usually we will deduct compensation from the 

new order advance or add compensation quantity to new order.
