1. What is your MOQ?

For different items and decorations, MOQ is between 5,000-10,000pcs, depending on 

capacity and decorations. Usually, 5ml-30ml cream jar / lotion bottle, MOQ 10,000pcs, 

above 30ml  5,000pcs. Injected color needs 10,000pcs. Special treatments 10,000pcs.

It is not a strict number, and we could make some adjustment according to client need.

2. What is the lead time of my order?

It is always 40-60 days, depending on quantity, decorations, how busy production is.

For example,  5,000pcs 50ml cream jar/bottle,  1-color printing / hot stamping,  40 days

10,000pcs 30ml cream jar/bottle, 1-color printing, hot stamping, inner spraying, 50 days

30,000pcs 100ml jar/lotion bottle, 1-color printing, hot stamping, inner spraying, 60 days

10,000pcs 120ml bottle, 2-color printing, vacuum coating of lid and inner bottle, 60 days

The more complicated decoration, the larger quantity, the longer production time will be.

3. What are the procedures of making new molds?

Procedures: inquiry with original design/sample---quotation---contract---mold 

payment-------mold production--------making samples------confirming samples.

If samples are not satisfying, we will provide free modification for three times.

5. How do you ensure product quality? What is your quality control system?

We have a professional team of quality management, a group of sophisticated 

testing equipment and strict quality control system.The ISO9001 system is strictly 

carried out during mass production, from injection to packing. Random Inspection

is arranged according to production schedule, providing all orders solid guarantee.

6. What is the packaging for my order?

All orders use standard 5-layer cartons, strong enough for export transport. 

For fragile cream jars and bottles, cartons will be marked with below signs,

For safety, pallets are recommended while it is not free. It is $25/pallet for labor.
