1. Can I get some samples? Are they free?

Yes. For better understanding of our products, we always provide blank samples for free. 

Usually there should be sample fee if clients ask for more samples than 5 pieces per item.

2. Should I pay sample freight?

To show cooperation sincerity, new clients are always happy to pay sample freight or to 

provide express account for freight collect. We will pay sample feight for regular clients.

3. Can I get samples customized?

Yes, we provide sample customization in small batch, including all kinds of decorations, printing, 

hot stamping, coating, spraying, vacuum metalization, injected colors. It is not free for high cost. 

4. What is the fee for sample customization?

It is usually $300-$500, depending on item, and its decorations and quantity clients need.10-50 

samples are provided for clients’ test. Clients can require if they do need more. If clients directly 

place the order and transfer advance, there won't be separate charge for customized samples.

5. Why should I pay for samples while other suppliers don’t charge for it?

Yes, we know some suppliers may provide free sample customization to attract more orders 

and clients, while their unit price is usually higher. Clients who pay less for samples usually 

much more for orders. It is not fair to clients who place orders because they actually pay for 

those who don't actually order. Sample fee is a more reasonable way to all clients as every

client pay for their own samples. They gets better unit price to save more on furhter orders.

Sample fee will be refunded once clients place the order. Finally, we pay for customization.

6. What are the procedures of sample customization?

7. How long does it take for sample customization?

 It usually takes about 7-14 work days, holidays not included. Longer time for more decorations.

8. Can I get sample fee refunded if samples are not satisfying?

Sample customization will exactly follow all the details clients confirm and we will try our best to 

perfect customized samples.  If there are mistakes we made,  we will make it up and reproduce 

samples. If it is clients who need to make changes of the design, clients should pay for changes.
